Email support

App Store purchases

Dermela is distributed through Apple's App Store. Subscription management, refunds, and purchase history are controlled by your Apple ID and Apple's purchase settings.

Privacy and data

For privacy questions, include the email address associated with your account and the type of request. Do not email photos of moles unless support specifically asks for a non-medical troubleshooting example.

Medical boundaries

Support can help with the app, but it cannot diagnose melanoma, interpret a lesion, or provide medical advice. New, changing, bleeding, painful, or itchy spots should be reviewed by a clinician.

Mole self-exam checklist

Email capture is intentionally lightweight. Until a privacy-reviewed form backend is connected, checklist requests go through support.
